Start a Project

Use this guide before contacting TIZZLE or booking an intro call. The goal is to make scope, budget, timeline, and success criteria clear before delivery starts.

1. Choose the Project Type

Most TIZZLE work fits one of five paths.

PathBest for
Website Design & DevelopmentMarketing sites, landing pages, business websites, portals, and conversion pages
Software Products & Internal SystemsSaaS products, MVPs, internal dashboards, workflow tools, and mobile experiences
AI IntegrationInternal automations, assistant-style features, support workflows, and AI-enabled operations
Digital MarketingSocial planning, campaign assets, content production, and Growth Engine support
Hosting & SupportManaged hosting, migrations, SSL, backups, monitoring, and maintenance

If the project crosses categories, start with the business outcome rather than the service label.

2. Bring the Right Context

For the first conversation, prepare:

  • What the business needs to achieve.
  • What exists today, including URLs, tools, repositories, or assets.
  • What is not working in the current setup.
  • Target launch date or urgency.
  • Budget range or preferred commercial model.
  • Decision makers and who will provide feedback.
  • Any must-use tools, platforms, CRMs, payment systems, or analytics stacks.

3. Define the First Useful Phase

TIZZLE usually works best when the first phase is scoped around a concrete outcome. Examples:

  • Launch a five-page conversion website.
  • Replace a spreadsheet-heavy workflow with an internal dashboard.
  • Add checkout, billing, and account access to an existing product.
  • Build an AI-assisted support triage workflow.
  • Set up a monthly content and campaign operating rhythm.
  • Migrate an existing site to managed hosting and support.

Avoid starting with a long feature list. Start with the smallest phase that can prove value or remove a real blocker.

4. Confirm the Delivery Route

TIZZLE can structure work as:

  • Monthly website subscription for ongoing website delivery and changes.
  • One-off fixed-scope website build.
  • Custom software or AI project with phased milestones.
  • Growth Engine monthly support for website, creative, campaign, and social work.
  • Hosting and support for existing or newly launched websites and apps.

Exact scope, inclusions, and payment terms should be confirmed before work begins.
